Ingredients:

Kefir - 500 ml
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 200 g
Hydrated soda - 1 tsp
Flour - 4 stack. (About 550 g)

For filling:

Sugar - 100 g
Coconut - 2 stack.
Vanilla sugar - 1 pack
Low-fat cream - 200 g




Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
