Ingredients:

  • Sausages - 7 pcs .
  • Potatoes - 10 pcs .
  • Egg - 1 pc .
  • Flour - 3 tbsp
  • Salt

Preparation:

1. Peel the potatoes and boil with salt until cooked. The broth is completely drained, potatoes and knead cool.
2. Pour the flour, to drive the egg and mix well.
3. Wet hands take a little potato mass and right on the palm of your hand to form a flat oblong cake thickness desired.
4. In the middle lay out the sausage.



5. Roll on all sides in the flour (or bread crumbs).
6. Put in a pan with hot oil.
7. Fry until golden brown.
8. Put on a paper napkin.
9. Serve immediately hot with your favorite sauce and salad.
