Bananas Cookies Recipe

Ingredients for the dough:

Softened butter - 200 g
Sour cream - 200 g
Soda - 1 tsp
Flour - 3 tbsp

Filling:

Cottage cheese - 200 g
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Vanilla - to taste

Preparation:

1. whisking a couple of minutes, Soda mixed with sour cream, and once bubbled, pour in the oil, gradually add the sifted flour, knead the dough.
2. Whisk until smooth Cottage cheese with sugar .
3. Divide dough into 40 pieces, roll each piece into an oval, put the filling strip, rolled into a roll, with the two sides edge pinch, take the form of a banana.
4 . Share bananas on the laid parchment baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven until 180˚C .
