Ingredients:
- Mushrooms - 500 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1-2 pieces.
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 6 tablespoons
- Pickled cucumbers - 2-4 pcs.
- Olives b / c - 1 jar (200 g)
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Pepper - a pinch
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
- Water - 2 liters
- Fresh greens - 1 bunch
- Lemon - to taste

Preparation:
1. Clean Onions , wash and cut into cubes. Carrots are clean, wash and grate.2. In a pan pour 3 tablespoons vegetable oil. Put onions. Fry, stirring, over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
3. Then put the carrots and cook together for 2-3 minutes.
4. Cut Washed Mushrooms into pieces. In a pan pour 3 tablespoons. tablespoons vegetable oil. Put the mushrooms. Fry over medium heat, stirring, for 5-6 minutes.
5. Add the tomato paste and flour to the onions and carrots and mix. You can add a little water. Simmer 2 minutes.
6. Cut into cubes of pickled cucumbers. Cucumbers add to the vegetables, stir and simmer another 5 minutes.
Then add prepared mushrooms. Simmer 5 minutes.
7. Open a jar of olives. Boil the kettle.
8 . Put the olives. Pour the boiling water, add salt, pepper, add bay leaf. Cook mushroom 7-10 minutes under the lid.
9. Wash and finely chop the parsley.
All Mushroom Soup ready! Before serving, sprinkle with herbs. You can put in a plate a slice of lemon.
