Preparation:

1. In warm water dissolve the sugar, add yeast and leave to brew for 10-15 minutes in a warm place until the yeast is not activated and begin to bubble.
2. Add half of the flour, butter and salt, stir until the flour is mixed with brew. Little by little, continuing to knead, add the remaining flour until then, until the dough no longer sticks to the hands.
3. Put the dough in a bowl, greased, oiled dough, cover with a damp towel and leave in a warm place for 1-2 hours, until the dough will not rise. Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing.
