Warm Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups of red beans• 1 bell pepper
• 1 onion
• 3 tomatoes
• parsley, salt, pepper,
• olive oil, wine vinegar
Cooking method:
Soak and boil Beans in salted water.Cut Onions and peppers into strips, tomatoes - slices.
Fry in a small amount of water, onion and bells of peppers, add to them tomatoes and stew for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the beans with vegetables, stir and warm up a couple of minutes. Lightly drizzle with vinegar and oil, sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm.
