Mackerel In The Oven Recipe

You will need:

• 3 carcass mackerel,
• onions - 3 pieces,
• carrots, 2 pieces,
• cheese,
• sour cream,
• mayonnaise.

How to cook:

1. Cut the fish fillets into 3 pieces and fry.
2. Separately, fry the onions, carrots.
 put them afterwards on top of the fish.
3. Grate the cheese on top , mix with mayonnaise, dill and sour cream. You can add some water.
The final step put in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
