Ingredients:
- Lime - 1 pc.
- Crackers - 360 g
- Butter - 60 g
- Avocado - 2 pcs.
- Chicken egg - 1 pc.
- Sour cream - 360 ml
- Sugar - 80 g
- Salt
- Flour - 3 tbsp

Preparation:
1. Cut the lime zest and set aside for later use.2. Mix in a small bowl of crushed crackers, lime juice and melted butter. Mix.
3. Put the mass into a baking dish and compressed on the bottom and walls form a pie crust.
4. Put in the fridge for a while while preparing the filling.
5. Clean the avocado from the peel, cut into small pieces and put in a mixer bowl.
6. Add the egg and sour cream.
7. Beat with a mixer on medium speed until weight uniformity.
8. Add the lime zest, sugar, salt and flour. Beat until smooth.
9. Put the filling in the pie crust and refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 200 C.
10. Take the cake out of the refrigerator and place in oven.
11. Bake for 10 minutes, then turn down the temperature to 160 C and baked for another 20 minutes.
12. Take the cake from the oven and cool completely before serving. You can decorate with whipped cream, if desired.
