Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 300 g
  • Tomato paste - 200 ml
  • Cheese - 100 g (our mozzarella)
  • Tomato - 1 piece (can be replaced by cherry)
  • Bran - 3 tbsp
  • Fresh basil - to taste
  • A mixture of pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste




Preparation:

Wash Fillet , dry with paper towels ,season with salt and pepper, roll in the bran and send it in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 C. After 20 minutes, we should obtain the finished fillets from the oven. By keeping all the juice inside, it becomes very soft . On the finished fillets spread tomato sauce. It is very important that it be thick, otherwise everything will flow. Then sprinkle with chopped basil. We spread the grated mozzarella on a coarse grater, then tomatoes, cut into thin slices. Again put in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
