Ingredients:
  • - 200 grams of yogurt
  • - 3 eggs
  • - 1 cup of sugar
  • - 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • - Vanilla - to taste
  • - 6 tablespoons flour
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa
  • - 200 grams of sour cream (cream)
  • - 1 cup of sugar (cream)
  • - 100 ml milk (glaze)
  • - 4 tbsp. spoons of sugar (icing)
  • - 2 tbsp. Spoon cocoa (glaze)
  • - 1 tbsp. tablespoon butter (glaze)

Preparation:
1. Grind the eggs with sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Pour the yogurt, add the flour and vinegar, slaked 
soda. Mix thoroughly.
2. Divide the dough into 2 parts. In one part add cocoa. Put the dough into the molds and bake in the 
preheated oven for 2 cakes.
3. White cake cut into cubes. Dip each cube in the sour cream.
4. To prepare the cream, beat with a mixer cream and sugar.
5. Apply sour cream chocolate cake and put it on a slide cubes of white cake.
6. To prepare the glaze, pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the sugar, cocoa and 
cook for 4 minutes. Add the butter and cook for 3 minutes.
7. Pour prepared cake frosting. Instead of frosting the cake can be sprinkled with grated chocolate.
