Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- - 200 grams of yogurt
- - 3 eggs
- - 1 cup of sugar
- - 1 tsp. Baking soda
- - Vanilla - to taste
- - 6 tablespoons flour
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa
- - 200 grams of sour cream (cream)
- - 1 cup of sugar (cream)
- - 100 ml milk (glaze)
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of sugar (icing)
- - 2 tbsp. Spoon cocoa (glaze)
- - 1 tbsp. tablespoon butter (glaze)
1. Grind
the eggs with sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Pour the yogurt, add the flour and
vinegar, slaked
soda. Mix thoroughly.
2. Divide
the dough into 2 parts. In one part add cocoa. Put the dough into the molds and
bake in the
preheated oven for 2 cakes.
3. White
cake cut into cubes. Dip each cube in the sour cream.
4. To
prepare the cream, beat with a mixer cream and sugar.
5. Apply
sour cream chocolate cake and put it on a slide cubes of white cake.
6. To
prepare the glaze, pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the
sugar, cocoa and
cook for 4 minutes. Add the butter and cook for 3 minutes.
7. Pour
prepared cake frosting. Instead of frosting the cake can be sprinkled with
grated chocolate.
