Ingredients:
- Fish - 150 g
- Spices - to taste
- Lemon - 1 pc.
- Green beans - 200 g
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Butter - 20 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Parsley - 2 tbsp
Preparation:
1. The fish is washed, and then drop into boiling salted
water and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, season with fresh herbs and squeeze a lemon in the water.
2. Wash the Beans season it with salt and
bring to a boil, there is no need to close the lid.
3. When the beans become soft, put them back in a
colander. Then transfer them in a pot of cold water for a few minutes so until they regain their color and texture again.
4. Drain the water and heat the beans before serving in the
pan to evaporate all the liquid. Add salt, pepper, butter, parsley and lemon
juice. Serve with fish
